I've gifted it to a lot of my friends and family that travel often and everyone Ive given it to asks where I bought it. I like the bowtie shaped one better because it fits the small of my back properly compared to the rectangle. I think the rectangle is for the average - tall height and that's not me.Date published: 2010-10-14Rated 5 out of 5 by Toni from Can't Live Without It I have been using this pillow for years and years. I go nowhere without it. I've lost about 3 or 4 merely because when I'm using it, I get so comfortable, I walk off without it. Once I left it on a plane. Two weeks later when I went to the air terminal where I lost it, I found it in the "lost and found." I've recommended it to friends, and they all love it. Here's a hint to help from losing it. Write yourself a note and leave the note on the front seat of the car you traveled in. That way, if you have forgotten it, the note will remind you to go back and retrieve it.Date published: 2012-03-13Rated 4 out of 5 by annie banana from love the pillow. Used it in car, at field events, bed, car, plane among other places. I had one of these several years ago and never went anywhere without it. However, we went to the Olympic trials in Sacramenta and sitting on the bleachers proved bad. In adjusting myself the pillow fell below the bleachers and the guards would let no one go underneath the bleachers b ecvvause of security. Even security guardes and guard dogs were not allowed to go look for it. I will probably order 2 and even then, put long cords on them so I can fasten them to my purse or me.Date published: 2011-03-24Rated 5 out of 5 by Marty from Self-explanatory. Just what I was looking for! Having tried other self inflating back rests Relax the Back has the perfect one! My new car has a power lumbar feature which is unsuitable for my back issues. At half inflation your back rest solved everything being supportive and comfortable. The polyester cover is a plus since it does not stick to my clothes. Also the fold-up feature allows me to use this at restaurants, etc. Thank you for a great product!Date published: 2016-08-12Rated 4 out of 5 by Sitting Bull from Love it I bought one of these years ago and always use it on flights, bus trips, etc. I recently purchased another as the valve on the original one malfunctioned and it slowly inflates even when the valve is closed tightly. No biggie. I got good use from it. Just wanted a new one that will stay flat for better storage. It's a bit pricey but I believe it's worth it.Date published: 2015-10-29Rated 1 out of 5 by fredly from IT DOES NOT SELF INFLATE I have two others of these and love them and they are many years old. I ordered another one and got it and it did not self inflate. I called and the service person said to blow into it. I said, "that's not self inflating is it?" She said they are having trouble with the manufacturer and other people have complained about this so I have sent it back.Date published: 2017-01-15Rated 5 out of 5 by Val Gal from Best pillow around for small people I bought one about 10 years ago, and it was great! Nothing else worked, not for my 5'2" frame. The valve eventually gave out (I did not remember that there is a lifetime warranty against defects) and I got rid of it. Tried another brand but the valve was worthless from the get-go. Am buying another Relax the Back brand now.Date published: 2017-09-26Rated 5 out of 5 by california from the only thing that really helped me! This little pillow is the only thing that helped my upper back pain due to an injury. I used one on top of a regular cushion on the back of a chair arranged vertically. I used two next to each other vertically on my couch. I don't know what I would have done without them!Date published: 2015-06-08
