The ergonomic kneeling chair with memory foam promotes an open posture of about 110°, whereas a traditional office chair encourages sitting at about 90° or less.

The forward slanting seat and knee cushion in therapeutic memory foam redistributes body weight to align your spine and relieve pressure on the lumbar region.

Originally conceived by Scandinavian medical professionals, this memory foam ergonomic kneeling chair is often called "the computer
The benefit of sitting in a more open posture is that it lets your back form its natural S-curve. This posture relieves tension while allowing your spinal discs to breathe. It also has a healthy effect on your lower extremities by relieving tension on your lower back and legs. In this position, breathing is easier and the upper body enjoys maximum flexibility.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY - wrong angle First, I was constantly sliding down this chair and needed to readjust every couple of minutes. Second, no back relief (in fact worse!) and I finally figured out why. First it is a slippery fabric and second, I would be sitting on it with my thighs at nearly a 90 degree angle to my body. In other words, I was sitting on it as if I were sitting on a regular chair, but with zero back support. The knee pad is NOT adjustable and is way too high for me (5'9"). In reality, for my leg length, this pad should be several inches lower to remove pressure from my pelvis and keep my back straight. Instead I am scrunched in it because knee pad is too high and not adjustable. So wonder i was always in pain on it. Unless you are short - BEWARE before you buy. I could not get a refund from this company, so I had to get rid of the chair and lost $300.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for tall people The whole concept of the opener hip angle is great, but this chair doesn't raise high enough for taller people (could be an easy fix if they just made a longer drop-in shaft for it). Everything about the concept of the chair I loved, but I'm 6'4" and it's useless to me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too small for 5'8" Love the concept but this chair is not adjustable and simply does not fit a 5'8" frame. It's a shame that it is not adjustable at all. Try before you buy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable and slippery Non-adjustable knee rest you end up just sitting on seat which foam ends up flat and your butt starts to hurt. The material is so slippery you slid off the chair. I unfortunately thought the expensive back rest would help but no, your back doesn't even come in contact with it.
