Exercise and Therapy Foam Rollers is rated out of 5 by 3.Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Excellent tool at a great price! I was introduced to the foam roller by my therapist. I've struggled with painful muscle spasms in my shoulder and upper back. Stress makes it worse and I had to rely on muscle relaxers and pain pills. I use the full round foam roller twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening. It has simply been the best thing I've ever spent money on. My pain is much more manageable and I don't have to wait until I have money for a deep tissue massage and finding my dependency on medication to have decreased significantly. I can use the foam roller, when and how often I need it.Date published: 2011-03-26Rated 4 out of 5 by BundleOPain from Who needs chiropractic?
