Back Care Product Consultant
Our retail sales associates drive revenue with a focus on client satisfaction. By providing exceptional service through relationship building, back care education and product knowledge, successful sales associates consistently achieve store and individual goals. As a wellness product consultant, they maintain customer contact through building a book of clients, building relationships in the community, promoting outside sales and developing a medical referral business
Our Store Managers are responsible for successfully leading and managing a Relax the Back location. The primary responsibilities include driving in-store and market sales, developing and inspiring the store staff, ensuring every customer receives the best possible experience, creating lifetime clients, and managing efficient operations to ensure maximum profitability.
The Store Manager will ensure that the staff maximize every sales opportunity, provide sales and wellness leadership and coaching, and will operate the store according to company expectations. He or she is expected to maintain high standards in product and merchandise presentation, store staffing, and store operations.
Our delivery team is a critical part of driving revenue with a focus on client satisfaction. Often the last contact with our clients, Delivery Technicians must be client- centric and knowledgeable in back care and. Our delivery team completes much of the same training as our Back Care Consultants, which enables them to deliver, assemble, and demonstration proper usage of our spinal health and ergonomic products.
