I have owned this pillow for about a year now and I LOVE IT!. It did not stop my snoring, but it feels great and did not take much time to get used to. I switched from the standard Temperpedic neck pillow and will never go back. I am a little dissapointed by the fitted pillow case for this pillow. Even thought it fits fairly well, it did not last the year and it started to shred.
