I visited your West Hartford Store recently looking for a back wedge for my boyfriend who will be having shoulder surgery soon. While there I decided to try pillows for myself. I have a long time chronic neck and shoulder problem and already own several name brand therapeutic pillowsof which I still remain uncomfortable. The customer service was exceptional and I tried many pillows and purchased a ContourSide Pillow. Last night was the first night that I did not wake up repeatedly in pain having to re-position my self. This pillow is the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned and if it not for the personal service that I received I would have not made this purchase. Thank you
