The entire experience was excellent The original visit and purchase of the Rhapsody went well with John. The delivery by S&R Delivery-Juan and his partner were more than helpful and actually did a little carpentry to allow the mattress to fit in an Ethan Allen bed frame. Then Jerry and Brandon's visit to install the taller legs and raise the mattress. They took the time to really explain how to get the maximum benefit from the system-and the Relax The Back pillows Jerry recommended are outstanding We could not be more pleased with the purchase and your teams assistance.

After enjoying my chair for 18 months it developed a problem with the foam. I called the Relax The Back Store in Walnut Creek with my complaint and was assured that it would be fixed in a timely manner. They ordered the necessary material and when it arrived they picked up the chair fixed it at their store and then returned it to me. I want to compliment Robert Walker and his crew for their excellent customer service and I would recommend them and their store to anybody who needed a recliner chair.

My wife has degenerative disc disease which causes excruciating back pain sleep problems etc. Approximately 12 years ago her doctors prescribed a reclining chair for therapy and relief. We bought one from RELAX THE BACK. Over the years she's become so reliant on the recliner that at times she finds it preferable to a bed for comfortable sleep. Recently the cable connected to the lever used to adjust positions snapped locking the chair in the upright position. My wife had a horrific night of painful sleep. We called the Walnut Creek store the next day and although the last service call had been nine years earlier Rob found our account immediately and scheduled a service repair for the same day. He was thorough knowledgeable and very professional on the phone and in our home. He quickly replaced the cable prompting my wife to say that the recliner felt as if it had received a tuneup. The prompt service response may have been routine store policy however it was HUGE for us. Thanks again Rob.

I had the good fortune to be assisted by Jerry at the Walnut Creek Relax the Back store in pursuit of replacing my many-years-old favorite pillow for which I had no style number. Jerry was amazingly conscientious in figuring out just exactly what pillow to order as the store no longer stocked what I had used for so long. After much research and determination he found exactly the right pillow. He also offered several suggestions of high-quality and useful products that he thought might be beneficial to me. I highly recommend this store where I have shopped for many years.
