Mr. Yun, Thank you so much for your recommendation for the Inada massage chair. The chair is incredible i must say after a long day at work I sit in that chair for a few minutes and I cant help but fall asleep in it. the auto settings are very intuitive and convenient. i have enjoyed the chair since I have purchased it. thank you

Mr. Jonathan Yun at Relax The Back I just wanted to let you know what a great manager you have at the Relax the Back in Frisco. Mr. Emiliano Licona (Manuel) has been such a great help to myself and my husband. We purchased a Barcalounger. I believe it was called Provence back in around 2006 from the Frisco store. It was around 2000.00 for a recliner but with my husbands back problems I thought it might help with the pain he was experiencing. However around Thanksgiving 2009 the recliner started acting up and would not recline. I purchased a motor assembly from Relax the Back in December 2009 and we hoped it would fix the problem however it did not. Manuel then suggested that we get a repairman that he recommended called John Tankersley. John came out and saw that it was not the motor assembly it was actually the toggle switch. He said he could temporarily fix it until the actual part came in which he did but the temporary fix only lasted a couple of months (75 service call). Well I called Barcaloungers part department (February 2010) and this started numerous emails and phone calls to no avail. The parts employees were not answering the phone and when Id leave a voice mail they would not return my calls. In desperation I called Manuel and he would give me another contact a Mr. Parker from American of Martinville (not sure if this name of company is correct). Anyway Mr. Parker was to contact me as Manual had talked to Mr. Parker and Mr Parker assured him that he would call me. Well he did not so Manual called him again and then Mr. Parker did get in touch with me (by now it is April 2010). Mr. Parker said the factory was shut down and not sure when it would open back up. Parker asked that I ask Manuel to followup in 2 more weeks to see if Parker could then get the toggle switch if the factory was open by then. Well Manuel called but bottom line we still didnt get the part (now it is May 2010). Well by now as you can imagine my husband and I had pretty much thought we might as well give up on this chair and get another recliner. My husband has back disc problems and the zero gravity was a selling feature of this chair but we thought maybe just a regular recliner would be the solution. Well before I started to look for another recliner as a last ditch effort I emailed Manual one more time on October 14 2010. Manuel responded by getting a hold of John Tankersley (another 75 svc charge) and John purchased a toggle switch at Auto Zone and installed the switch and it is now reclining Manuel was absolutely relentless in trying to find a solution for me. As you can see this took almost a year (ll months) to work this out. I'm a patient person and hopefully that helped too. But I can tell you it was such a pleasure working with Manuel and he was ever so helpful and sincere in trying to work on this problem for us. Such a great store manager Sincerely Sharon B.
