I felt compelled to write because of my experience at the Palm Beach Gardens FL Store just yesterday (July 24th). I walked in and I was not in a good mood due to a back/neck injury I have dealt with for over 2 years. I thought to myself this place is expensive and I am NOT going to spend more than 500 for an office chair. I left having spent almost 4000 because I could not believe how much better my back felt after sitting in your chairs off and on for 2.5 hours. My sales person Stephen Romaine was fabulous. My mood (again to be frank I was bitchy) did not deter him from educating me on the value of your products. His own story working at Dell leaning over a desk and computer etc. felt so familiar. That coupled with his knowledge about the spine and overall good posture was impressive. He is an asset to your company He then came to my house to set up the chair to make sure it fit my back posture as it should. This kind of customer service these days is unheard of. Many many thanks for making such a good product. My only wish is that your products were made in the US (we need all the help we can get re jobs in this country). Thanks again,
