My husband and I purchased two chairs from Paul M. at the Naperville store.He was a terrific guy with whom to do business -- personality sincerity and extremely knowledgeable when talking with my husband (who suffers from bad knees and shoulders but mainly a bad back) regarding just the right chair both for his size and his issues. It was also important that he could get in and out of the chair with minimal effort. I must tell you Paul has the patience of a saint. He was so NICE to deal with, I felt as though we were making a purchase from a friend who really wanted to help us out. He reiterated again and again if we had any questions or any problems at all with the chair to please call him. It was about two months after we bought the chair that it started sounding and feeling like it was breaking down. My husband called Paul who was disappointed to hear that there was a possible problem but assured us that he would come by to check it out. Honestly, we figured this would be a battle (as we have found to be the case more often than not when trying to resolve any issues with anything these days). We were pleasantly surprised that he was at our house in a matter of a day or two. I have never been more pleased with the service with his decisiveness with his being so much more than just accommodating. We will be receiving a new chair. I know this because we were kept advised by e-mail from Paul the very same day he was here. AMAZING! Joe, I don't know if its your company policy or your salesman who deserves the credit. In any case we find it only fair to applaud Paul. You are fortunate to have him on your staff. My husband and I are both retired professional people who realize that a company is only as good as their personnel. You surely have a winner there. Hes one in a million as far as were concerned.
