For me, the Inada YuMe is a completely different kind of massage chair experience. When I first began looking at massage chairs I was of the mindset of simply comparing massage features from one chair to another. Our experience at Relax The Back has been awesome. I thought you should know why your staff makes the difference and why we purchased the bed. Lori Dyson spent a long time explaining your various products. She worked with our needs and took the time to answer every question and show us the differences between the products. She was not only thorough but patient. Chris Lamb delivered the products on September 16. What a gem of a person and talk about patient He was very careful when bringing the products into our home as well as carrying out the old bed and frame. There was a problem with the bed not operating properly. Chris came over on a Saturday September 18 his day off to make an adjustment of the mattress in the frame. He is not only a conscientious employee but his customer services goes all the way. Any question or problems he said he will be there to fix them. Lori has called to follow up to see how everything is going. She assured us that Relax The Back is there to make our lives more comfortable. Yes we can count on Lori. She is true to her work and customer service makes the world of difference between your store and the competitor. Thank you for having these two employees at your store. Along with great products there has to be people like Lori and Chris to make sure everything is right. I am expecting my second Perfect Chair. I am ten years older and now need power added. I wouldnt be ordering the same chair if it wasnt perfect. All I have to do is recline in it and fall asleep.
