It's your office dummy!
Do you blame your back and neck pain on weekend activity or on the one heavy thing you picked up better take a look at the place that is actually hurting you.
* Do you slouch in your chair?
* Is your monitor propped up by phone books?
* can you pull you desk chair all the way up to your desk?
* Do you prop up your keyboard?
* Can you touch the floor or are your knees way above you chair?
