I bought a Tempurpedic Cloud bed from the Relax The Back store in Franklin, TN a couple of weeks back and had the best experience I've ever had at a retail store period. I used to shop in the Nashville store in the previous years but Franklin is now closer to me so I shop there now. The sales girl there who assisted me was Kathleen. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable, she spent close to 2 hours working with me on the Tempurpedic bed and Lifeform office chair. I have never felt so comfortable spending thousands of dollars like I did with Kathleen. My bed is amazing, she really helped me find the correct bed with the back issues I've been having. The Cloud Supreme is the best bed ever, everyone who needs a bed should try that one.The office chair will be next big purchase from Kathleen.
