While these basic forms of office ergonomics are crucial to keeping the potential health risks of sitting at bay, it is also imperative that you incorporate movement throughout your day. You should give yourself 10 minutes to get up, walk around and stretch for every hour you spend seated. There is nothing better you can do to increase blood flow, circulation, and pick up your metabolism than getting up and moving your body.
