I wanted to let you know how appreciative I am with the service that I recently received from Brad at the Lovers Lane location in the Dallas market.What would have been a lengthy duration in repair work with sending my Lifeform chair back to Canada resulted instead in a quick fix by Brad at his store location. It took some extra time and effort on Brads part however it made me remember why I chose to purchase from Relax The Back in the first place.Customer Service is unfortunately scarce in today's retail market...so when it exists...I want to make sure it gets mentioned.I will always be a Relax The Back customer.
