I just wanted to take the time to thank you all profusely for all the help you gave my husband and myself over the past 3 weeks. We went in your store by accident actually. I was doing some solicitations for donations for my church's Spring Ball. While in the store we thought it would be worthwhile to look at your pillows. I recently discovered that I don't have a C-1 (the Atlas) vertebrae. I found this out after having a chronic problem with headaches and neck aches. Your sales people Melissa and Fred both listened to my sad tale and fitted me with a cervical pillow my husband decided to try one also. We chose a 4 and a 5. After 4 days we quickly figured out the 4 was a PERFECT fit for myself. My husband on the other hand tried 4 different pillows over the course of 3 weeks. NEVER was he ever made to feel like he was an annoying customer when he returned a pillow to try another. Each time Melissa was cordial and very helpful in selecting another pillow for him to try. Finally after 3 weeks and 4 pillows he decided that nothing was working just right. I returned the pillow today (32211) and again Melissa was wonderfully polite about the return. While returning the pillow, I decided to purchase an Ice Pack for my head neck. Your store was the only place (trust me, I have looked far and wide)that had an ice pack that would cover the most area without having to constantly shift it to bring relief. And because of the thickness of the plastic encasing the gel it delivers a wonderful chill to my neck without making me feel like I have freezer burn I am sure Melissa thought I was crazy after I tried the ice pack in the store because I was so excited to go home chill mine and try it out. Thank you for having one chilled so I could fully appreciate what I was about to purchase To wrap things up.... you all are fantastic and I cant sing your praises enough Since using the pillow recommended to me, I have not woken up with a headache in the morning. THAT is amazing and wonderful. I hope you understand how great that is. For the past 3 months, I have had some sort of headache when I get up in the morning. Now I don't YEAH Even my physical therapist has commented on how my muscles in my neck aren't tied up quite so much in knots
