Tempur-Pedic Mattress

It is rare that I take the time to write letters of commendation however the efforts of Tory Meyr this past Sunday compel me acknowledge action above and beyond the norm. The back story: I purchased a twin long Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base about 9 years ago when the Rowdans owned the local stores. About 3 12 years ago I gave this bed away and replaced it with a king setup from your (then) Manchester Road store. Fast forward I still have and enjoy the King and got the twin back over the weekend. After replacing all necessary batteries I noticed the remote was out of sync with the bed. After fiddling with it for a couple of days I dropped into the Brentwood store to discuss my dilemma with Tory. Armed with additional directions I tried once again to resync the bed and remote. Nada. Late Sunday afternoon he returned my call. He had really dug deep into the archives and found the correct procedure to sync the bed and remote. Most people would have given up by this time but not Tory. Kudos to him. The reason I share this with you is that to him I am just another customer. He has no idea what I do for a living and my ongoing relationship with your company. He is a true professional. A positive stroke from you would be well deserved.
