We recently purchased a Zero Gravity chair at Relax the Back in Beaverton, OR. Because of my very busy fall schedule as teacher, I was unable to spend an adequate amount of time relaxing in our new chair. By the time I'd determined that I'd have preferred a different model, the return window had recently lapsed.

The staff at Beaverton RTB listened to our story, were amazingly patient & helpful & facilitated an exchange of our chair / upgrade. They went above & beyond our expectations for customer service. We were so thankful for their kindness & assistance.

We would highly recommend this store to anyone seeking high-quality, back-friendly furniture solutions. Thanks again to the awesome staff at Beaverton RTB.

Saddle Chair

We have only recently been able to use the saddle shaped seat with my daughter. It has been a huge success. Thanks to this chair she has gained some core strength and will begin weekly riding lessons beginning at 20 minutes and working up to an hour. Jazmine's increase in core strength will also allow her the opportunity to use a power wheelchair with a regular hand control instead of more limiting head controls. I couldn't be happier with our purchase. Any time we have company they are quick to sit in the chair and are surprised at how natural it feels and how comfortable it is. Varier Active Office Chair

I purchased the Varier Active office Chair at the Beaverton, Oregon store. James Cansler suggested I try this particular chair when I sew. I make a lot of quilts; this chair "assists me" with my posture by being extremely comfortable for my back and hips thus reinforcing proper posture. I really love my Varier chair - it is worth every dollar! Thank you James for your excellent advice.

PC-6 Chair

I just replaced my Relax the Back Zero Gravity chair with a new one from the Beaverton Store after the original one finally wore out after thirteen years of faithful service. I’m a writer with congestive heart failure and sciatica, so I spend up to twelve hours a day, nearly every day, in the chair. This chair, along with a Tempur Pedic mattress, has quite literally changed my life; making it possible to live productively and relatively pain-free.
While the chair is relatively expensive (by my standards, at least), I would strongly recommend that anyone who suffers from low back pain seriously consider, and try out, the PC-6 Zero Gravity Chair. Even if you must sell the family dog to afford it!

Zero Gravity Chair

Stu & crew were extremely helpful getting this chair into our apartment, which posed quite a few logistical problems to entry. This chair is so comfortable that it is almost dangerous to sit in for very long, as we usually have fallen asleep after 20 minutes sitting in it. Reclining in it is also the only position Joe has found that relieves the pressure on his spine and neck and the symptoms he has experienced ever since the accident. We would gladly purchase another, if only our apartment were large enough.

This store has many items geared towards the ergonomic/recuperative therapy customer. We've been shopping here ever since Joe had a rear-end collision at work for items to alleviate his discomfort (pillows, supports, and now the Zero Gravity Chair). The staff seems really knowledgeable, friendly & helpful and allows you to try out everything in the store prior to purchase. Stu aids the selection process by discussing your particular issues and makes suggestions about what might be helpful in your individual case. Even something as small as sleeping with a tucker pillow under one arm to improve breathing at night has made a difference in both of our lives.

Estasi Technogel mattress

My husband and I recently received our Estasi Technogel mattress from Relax The Back in Beaverton. We are so pleased with it! We are both waking up refreshed. I especially like the fact that this mattress provides a cooler sleeping experience - our previous mattress was too warm for me. I did not even know this type of mattress existed until we tried it at Relax the Back. Thanks so much for offering such great products. I can't wait to get the gel pillow too!

I appreciate the friendly service I received for my 10 yr. old Freedom Chair. Mark at the Beaverton store was very patient when he repaired my chair and explained the repair to me. I bought the chair at a different chain and Relax the Back honored the lifetime warranty. It is great to have my chair back in working condition. I plan to buy another Freedom Chair and I know where I will purchase it - Relax the Back in Beaverton.
