Absolutely the best massager I've found for my neck and shoulder trigger points. I have the worst TP muscle knots in my upper shoulders, right between the shoulder blades on the inner edge, that nothing short of a professional massage can release. But 10 min on the ShoulderFlex and those tight painful knots are gone! Fire your masseuse. For the price of a massage this will work just as well (sometimes even better) and you can use it more than once. If you ever used those crappy shiatsu neck massagers from a decade ago THIS IS NOT IT. This product is completely adjustable and works on your entire back, or leg, shoulder, etc. It's great - I highly recommend.

I have a medical condition called "Thoracic Outlet Syndrome" that gives me constant upper-torso muscles spasms, in my rib cage, between my shoulder blades, on top of my shoulders, where my neck meets my shoulders, and in my neck. For most of my life I have been in search of a massager that can handle REAL "clinical" muscles spasms in these areas. I tried this at the store, where it was apparently set up to work on the neck, and it was the first massager I've ever tried that hit all of the side of my neck, where my SCMs are, all the way from my shoulder tops to the base of my skull. It was simply amazing. When I got it home and looked at the directions I realized it has more settings for the shoulders, shoulder blades (upper back), and lower back. A few minutes on this and you are like JELLO. I'm not easy to please when it comes to these sorts of products, and in over ten years I've never found one to rave about, but this thing is simply AMAZING. It is my new best friend. Totally worth every penny!

Purchasing this unit was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have dealt with upper back pain for years. It had gotten to the point where no over the counter pain reliever would help at all. After using this machine for the first time, the nerve bundle under my right shoulder was released from pressure. My neck muscles are relaxing and I'm feeling my body release the toxins that have built up for years. My mind is clearer and every sense has been enhanced. It's a solid piece of engineering at a great price point. It called the ShoulderFlex, but you can also use it on neck, lower back, legs and feet. WOW, THIS LITTLE MACHINE WILL PUT MASSAGERS OUT OF WORK! I GOT HOME AND IMMEDIATELY PUT IT TO WORK. I HAD THIS KNOT IN MY LEFT SHOULDER BLADE AND I CAN FEEL THAT KNOT GETTING ROLLED OUT! I was hoping that this product would help alieviate my shoulder and neck tension but honestly this product isn't worth the tax you pay on it. Don't waste your time on purchasing this and if you do KEEP ALL THE PACKAGING because you will return it.
