After having my lower back go into serious spasm three times after long car trips (1000 miles +), I tried this self-inflating back rest on the advice of the manager of the Denver store. First, the thing just FEELS great. It's what my lower back has WANTED when I sit in the car. More importantly,the next day I drove 1000 miles back to Chicago non-stop. Upon getting out of the car I had none of the stiffness that I didn't even realize I had BEEN having after long drives. Felt great. Three weeks later, no spasm of any kind. I just leave the thing sitting in the car seat. Simple to just adjust it to where I want it on my back, or... just toss it in the back seat. Easy to adjust - one twist of the valve and it fills or deflates within seconds. $40 well-spent for me.
