After having my lower back go into serious spasm three times after long car trips (1000 miles +), I tried this self-inflating back rest on the advice of the manager of the Denver store. Over ten years agao I pruchased a self inflating back rest from relax the back store in Dallas Tx. I still use that same item today nearly 12 years later. It provides the support I need when driving in any vehicle and prevents the lower back pain that I once experienced.
