TEMPUR-Side™ Pillow

The Relax the Back paper catalog that I received in September 2011 indicated that the pillow would stop my snoring. It's interesting to see that the online description does not indicate that. I bought the pillow to stop my snoring. After giving it an 11 day trial period, my girlfriend said that I still snored and sometimes even louder than with a regular pillow. When I asked for a refund from the local store, I was told that the policy is that "personal items" are not returnable or refundable because the store "can't resell them". (Makes me wonder what they do with beds that are returned.) Shame on me for not reading the fine print about returns. Shame on Relax the Back for false advertising in the paper catalog, which should have entitled me to a return, since the pillow did not live up to what was promised.
