i started tempurpedic 10 years ago.when my first bed went bad,they replaced it..no questions asked..the pillows are so terrific that i take it with me travelling.i have had the original pillows 10 years,and am now going to buy 2 grand pillows....luv my tempurpedic pillows!!!!!!
