I hoped this would help with sleeping. WOW! Amazing and I slept like a baby the first night. I never knew it could make such a difference. I initially tried the wedge system, but it made me too uncomfortable and I am a side sleeper and turn from side to side so I had to return it. THIS is spectacular! I just flip it from side to side (usually) when I rotate. I love it and will NEVER sleep without it.
I gave it 4 stars on quality because it could use firmer stuffing material and more of it. However, I'll be getting another one when this one is worn out.

I suffer from chronic back pain. This pillow allows me to sleep comfortably. I can't sleep without it and I take it everywhere I go. I've had mine for two years and when it wears out I'll buy another one.

I can't sleep without it. I have chronic back pain and this pillow helps relieve pain while I sleep. It's the only way I can be comfortable. The price is a little steep but worth it. I've had mine for two years and when it gets worn out I'll definitely buy another one.

What you see is not what you get. The concept is great, the reality is extremely disappointing. Relax that back needs to rethink the actual dimensions of this item, perhaps 1/2 - 1 foot longer at the bottom and definitely 2 times wider everywhere.

I have to say that I was very suprised when I got this pillow. The image shows a long and wide pillow but when you get it , its about 1/3 the width size. The length is good its just that the thickness is not what is shown in the picture, not even close. It actually looks like a giant pencil!
