I have severe back pain. From the first time I used this pad, I was impressed with how it helped relax my back and thus ease my pain. I could feel the heat going deep into my muscles. I use it every day - even in the summer. I love the heat settings that adjust to any level a person could want. I do not find it hard to use. It is worth every cent it cost. My pad it the small one.

Worked fine the first few days, then I could not get it to come on without a lot of finagling and getting frustrated, not what you need when you are trying to relax. Had my husband take it back to the Relax the Back store with in a week of purchasing where they showed him it worked fine. He brought it home and it worked 2 more times before "just for get it" took over. I am now using the 30 dollar one. It works when I want and need it to. Do not wast your money and your relaxing time on this thing.(30x21)
