I suffer from very uncomfortable lower back pain as a result from sitting at a desk all day and a 3 hour driving commute to and from work.

Went to Relax the Back store in my neighborhood and love the lumbar extender plus! Use it twice a day 5-10min and it really helps my back stretch out and loosen up the muscles.
