INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
To avoid possible injury, follow all directions carefully. Retain information for future reference. If you have circulatory problems or diabetes, consult your doctor before use. Use adult supervision for young children or elderly persons.

FOR MOIST HEAT THERAPY
Place the MEDIBEADS product on a microwave safe plate. Product should not be placed directly on the rotating tray or microwave shelf. Do not heat with anything other than a microwave.

(NOTE: Heating times very on Pad size, see heating instructions located in your products packaging for specific heating times.)
Microwave ovens vary. Begin by heating 1 MINUTE 30 SECONDS. Remove the product from the microwave and touch test. If additional heat is required, place the unit in the microwave for 15 SECONDS. Remove and touch test. This can be repeated as necessary to achieve the desired temperature. DO NOT exceed 2 MINUTES 30 SECONDS in total.

If it is necessary to fold your MEDIBEADS product to fit in the microwave, fold it loosely. Half way through the heating cycle, remove it and reverse the fold. Continue heating the remaining time.

If your Product is used for 3 or 4 times continuously, a decreased in moisture output may occur. Simply let the pad rest for 2 to 3 hours and it will be ready to use again.

To reheat a recently used MEDIBEADS product, reduce the initial heating time by half. Remove from the microwave and touch test. If additional heat is required, microwave for 15 SECONDS. Remove, test and repeat the 15 SECOND cycle until the desired heat is achieved.

FOR SOOTHING COLD:
Store in the freezer for approximately 2 hours.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash your MEDIBEADS product if it is esposed to creams, oils, grease or food. Wait at least 2 hours after use to wash. Hand wash or surface clean with mild soap and COLD water. Allow to dry for 24 hours before reuse. DO NOT USE WARM OR HOT WATER. DO NOT MACHINE WASH.

Limited Product Warranty:
This product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 (Two) Years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to items subject to misuse or accidental damage.
