Arrived within 2 days of ordering and very pleased with 2-person delivery and assembly team. They were professional and explained the operation. The chair is just like the one I tried in the Tustin Store and works great. Really smooth in operation and compliments my furniture in the living-room. No more struggling to get comfortable to watch movies with family anymore. I had lumbar surgery about 8 years ago and although it was successful, no stress in lounging around the house is a benefit to this chair. It is expensive (and I did buy this latest version 2) but I've waited all these years, my wife saved her $$ for a gift to me. She's great! :)
