I bought this to put in my office chair after suffering a badly herniated cervical disc. Not only is the material very comfortable on my back, it provides great lumbar support that forces my shoulders back and allows me to sit up straighter in my chair. I'm convinced this has helped speed up my recovery, which is still under way. I highly recommend this item. I am very satisfied with it.

This item may be great for some people but not me. The "S" curve lumber support was just too much. It felt like I was being rabbit-punched in the kidneys when I used it. It is well-built but just not suited for my body type.
