bought my mini on the 18th and tried it when i got it home.inverted for just over a minute and when i got up my pain was gone. this pains been with me for a while now so i'm really impressed with how effective the inversion table was. i have a grade 4 isthmic spondylolisthesis which is pinching a nerve and causing a number of other problems. i guess that the inversion is decompressing my spine enough to give me some relief. the pain returns during work, but a couple minutes on the table when i get home is enough to give me relief. i'm going to see what my doctor thinks about using a brace during the day. i know it's going to take longer to get things corrected because i waited so long to deal with it.t over a minute and when i got up my pain was gone. this pains been with me for a while now so i'm really impressed with how after just one week i can enthusiasticly endorse the "Mastercare Mini Back-A-Traction". it's compact size makes it much more convienant for me than a full size table , but gives me all the same benefits
