I have owned this product for almost 15 years now. I do not take enough time to use it routinely as I should , but, when I start feeling a little stiffness or a twinge, my Back-a-Traction is there to help me in the comfort of my own home. i find it is also a great way to relax and get a bit of meditation in as well.

I have told dozens of folks I have come in contact with to go to Relax the Back store and try this out, as I had done the day I walked in with a major case of sciatica..It helped me within minutes.

I especially like the way you can lock it into a certain degree of inversion for your own comfortability. I am a raving fan of the Back-a Traction!!

I'm not rich or even close so 800 is a lot of money but this machine works so figure out how much you were spending on chiropractors and just buy it. You will not regret it. I have an L-5 rupture in pain for months, couldn't dress myself, couldn't tie my shoes-felt crippled up. Bought the machine and within 2 days of 5 mins/3X a day I was about 50% better after 2 weeks - CURED.

I am 5'6" and was tempted to get the mini version of this table, but my 6'2" husband wants to use it too. I have 2 herniated disks & work as a teacher. My daily 30- min. Commute has been very rough. Tried it and the teeter side- by- side, and this one felt much more comfortable. I felt the stretch immediately. The locking handles helped me feel in-control & safe. Get the extra pillows for the lumbar & neck area.

ok, I normally don't do this kind of stuff but I had to write this to let you know about this table.

I'm not a salesperson, just a normal guy who's day to day life has been over the last 5 years or so been racked with lower back pain. I did the chiropractor so many times and it helped right after treatment for a few days but always came back, each and every time. You probably know the drill if you're reading this. She always told me to do stretching exercises which I didn't seem to take the time for.

This last Christmas, my wife had me close my eyes brought out my gift. My kids and her brought out the Inversion table, this same exact one and I was expecting a guitar as I play at church and then got this. I said thanks, she said I could take it back and get the guitar if I wanted to. She spent what I thought at the time was a lot of money on this table. Turns out it was the best thing ever for me.

Later that evening I got on the Back A Traction for the first time. After I got off I was amazed at how good my back felt. So much that I tried it again before I went to bed that evening.

When I awoke that very next morning and started to get out of bed what would normally be painful wasn't for the first time in years. I was totally FLOORED by the lack of pain in my lower back.

I went immediately out and got on it that morning, once again at noon and again that evening, stretching for 5 min. at a time, sometimes a bit more.

Today is Jan. 31st, 2011. I've been pain free since Dec. 26th due to this machine. Again I have zero connections to this company but just know what it did for me. Needless to say I didn't take it back for the guitar. Worth every dollar you'll spend. I've since recommended it to many of my friends with back pain.

If you are in pain, don't hesitate another second, buy this, use it. It changed my life and will change yours.

This table provides INSTANT relief for back pain. I returned last week from a flight that blocked my lower back. I was in agony whether I stood up, sat down or laid down. Ibuprofen did not help and the stretching exercises made it worse. I had in the past tried other tables without any success. I have had a bulging disc, arthritis and some scoliosis since years.
