I first laid on a Tempur-Pedic mattress 15 years ago and immediately fell in love with it. When I had enough money I ordered it and have had it for 14 years. It has never worn or broken down, I don't believe once you get one that you will ever have to buy another mattress. I have degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my spine and osteoporosis in my hips. I go to bed with back pain but never wake up with it. I am getting married and we plan on buying the adjustable cloud supreme! My old one will go in my guest room. I highly recommend! I also love the pillows cause I have neck issues.

This is by far the best mattress on the market. My husband has degenerative disc disease and arthritis in is spine. We got our mattress in August 2011 and he has yet to wake up with back pain. We highly recommend this bed!
