Purefit Mattress

Introducing the Purefit Mattress. The core of this mattress features their patented Neutral Posture Support System and is built upon a 7-zone construction; each zone features varied density levels engineered into the foam that contour to the natural shape of the body, providing extra lumbar support, which relieves pressure and stress on the muscles in the back. This system was designed for healthcare mattresses and has been successfully used for over 20 years in the medical arena.

The makers of the Purefit Mattress have engineered a foam production process that renders an extremely “open cell” foam that actually dissipates heat 9 times faster than other memory foams. This foam, made in Southern California, is created in a vacuum of sorts that allow for the foam to be produced under pressure, and the cells therefore to remain extremely “open”, yet still yield a durable, resilient material.

Under these conditions, emissions are captured and not released into the environment. Because a substantial portion of the foam is made with a 100% natural petroleum substitute (plant based) as opposed to petro chemicals, this patented technology is called “EcoMemoryFoam” and is therefore environmentally friendly.

This foam is not temperature sensitive. Other memory foams will become firmer or softer with the slightest temperature change. However, this EcoMemoryFoam stays virtually temperature neutral; the foam is instantly comfortable with no break in period necessary.

This mattress features a pale green microfiber box edge treatment under a blended green silk cording, with a bamboo fabric ticking rolled over the natural edge of the mattress above, for a softer feel. This continues the “green” story; bamboo is one of the most rapidly renewing resources on the planet. It is soft, strong, and anti-microbial and hypo-allergenic.

The mattress dissipates heat 9 times faster and the foam is not temperature sensitive.

Was reluctant at first to purchase a eco mattress with no track record in beds, but to my surprise, absolutely love this mattress. Have been sleeping on it for 5 days now and my wife now sleeps like a baby! Also love the way the mattress stays cooler than other foam mattresses. Wish I pulled the trigger sooner. Would definitely recommend this mattress!

I tried this bed out for a bit but it killed my back because its too springy. The Tempur Pedic memory foam is a lot more supportive and comfortable not to mention cheaper and better in quality.

We have been sleeping on our PureFit Mattress for over a month now, and could not be happier with it. It provides unparalleled support and comfort. If I wake up at night, it's only to marvel at how comfortable I am. In addition, the folks at the Relax the Back store were very helpful and courteous. While I was impressed with the manufacturer's 90 day trial period, this mattress is a keeper. I was also pleased with their 23 year warranty. Although it's a new product with no proven track record, the company evidently believes in their product and stands behind it. I highly recommend this mattress. I should mention that we had a Stearns & Foster coil spring top of the line mattress for several years. It became uncomfortable after 4 years, and I filed a claim, but the company did not honor their commitment. Earlier in the summer we tried a Select Comfort bed, and were underwhelmed by how insubstantial, uncomfortable, and full of parts it was. When I complained to Customer Service, they offered to send me yet MORE parts to increase the comfort level. A bad experience all around, so kudos to Relax the Back for providing a product that lets me sleep again.

Starr - Purchased Purefit Mattress

We purchased our Purefit Mattress in late October. I was just researching, but my wife made the executive decision to try the mattress. Nothing to lose for 90 days. I am happy to comment that I can sleep level,on my old mattress I had to prop myself up around 4 AM, not with the purefit. Further, my old mattress, purchased at the factory direct store, held up about 5 years, we were dilligent about flipping etc. I also want to say the folks at Relax the Back were friendly, helpful and very prompt on delivery. So far, so good with the Purefit!
