I love this since I have neck issues and lower back. Just bought it and I weigh 135 and am 5'6 1/2 I have a laptop adjustable table from Staples (not the expensive ONE they sell here) that I have lowered to hip level and am sitting in this and feeling great. No more slumping, and I am not overreaching with arms and neck. I'm above it. Even the back aid pillow you add on to office chairs doesn't match this. No need for the back cushion. My spine is aligned and I can breathe easy,, I will add lambs wool pad or foam overlay (they have at Ikea) on knee pad but even without it's very comfy. The lady at the store wasn't so positive about it and said it was for kids or very small people, but my husband who is 6'1 and 200 lbs just sat on it and liked it. SO go try it out if you can and then order it.
