I was directed to this product by the store manager to try this out, and fell in love with it! I did not want to go, bc I was just so pleased to sit there while this amazing product worked it's magic. It feels like human hands it's so good, and for someone that has chronic neck/back pain I know what a good massage is, and this feel real. You can adjust it any way you like, and it's so much better than a hand hold massager, bc you just relax against it- much more cost effective and versatile than a massaging chair or a massage therapist. I can't wait to start using it all the time!!
