This back support cushion can be used alone or with the Travel Lite™ Cushion. Alone, the Backrest Companion gives you adjustable lumbar support where ever you go. The Schukra adjustment lets you dial-in a personalized support level while the LIFE-foam® memory material conforms to your shape for even weight distribution and elimination of pressure points. This cushion includes a non-slip backing and an adjustable elastic strap.
