This Zero Gravity recliner has many of the same features as the original Power Perfect Chair, including generous seat and leg width, with touch-of-a-button recline, and a retractable footrest. The difference here is an overall upholstered design with coordinating leather styling.

Unhappy in Oklahoma - Purchased Human Touch® Upholstered Perfect Chair™ - PC85

My husband and I purchased this chair in June of 2007 at the OKC, OK store. We also purchased a king size posturepedic bed. We purchased both because my husband is disabled because of a back injury and we understood that this chair and bed would help alleviate some of his pain, which it has helped. we had the chair for approximately 10 months when all of the springs in the seat failed. I contacted Relax the Back where upon they said that they would have the chair manufacturer contact me which they did. Their solution to the problem was for us to purchase a more expensive chair. They did not offer to repair or replace. To say the least I was not very happy with this company or Relax the Back and I will never purchase their products again or purchase anything from Relax the Back.

I purchased this chair earlier this year, 2009 and I really like it. The comfort you can achieve, especially the zero gravity position is simply fantastic. I have even sleep in this chair in that position. I' m eventually going to purchase a mattress and the adjustable frame so I can sleep in a more comfortable and restful position. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone looking to have a very comfortable and pleasant experience.
