They call this the "perfect chair" for a reason!

I purchased mine about 3 months ago and I love it! I have had many recliners in the past, including bulky lazy boys, and nothing compares to this chair. After a long day at work, this chair takes all the pressure off of my back and having my feet elevated at these angles makes all the difference.

Everyone who visits is amazed how comfortable it is, and the simplicity of its design and function are fantastic.

I may have to buy another one soon, as my wife and I are already fighting over this one!

I bought the zero chair about two years ago and got the leather and after i have sitting in the zero chair it is as soft as the day i bought it i wipe it down offten with leather wipes.the human touch lever is as smoth as the day i bought it,. i would love to get anonther one i got the cup tray and love it well worth the money and its sad to here that other people are haveing issue with the zerio chair it is a chair not a gym i have no issue with my chair for two years and i love it i got to beat my friends off my great chair, if you dont treat it like a gym.

I bought my chair in May 2010. The cable mechanism that is needed to recline the chair has broken twice since then (it is now December 2011). They sent me a new cable for free after it broke the first time, and I really babied the chair after that thinking that would ensure that the new cable wouldn't break. The second cable just broke this morning. I'm not a heavy guy (170 pounds), so you can't blame the breakage on my bulk. It's not easy to replace the cable and takes about an hour of your time (you have to remove all the cushions and disassemble one of the arms to install it). A non-mechanical person or someone not very strong would have trouble installing it.
It's a comfortable chair that feels good on the back, but I hope they've created a sturdier cable that won't break when I order another one. If they haven't, it shows they don't care about return customers.

I bought my 2 zero gravity recliners (one electric and one manual) and I wouldn't trade them for the world. I have Chronic back failure and after 2 hours of relaxing in the chair I am ready to go again. I have had other recliners and none would "hold a candle to these 2.
Even my wife and daughter can feel a great sense of relief The sales person was great, not pushy yet he knew what he was talking about.
I sincerely believe you will recoup the cost of these chairs easily in 6 months.

Bought this chair for a comfortable recliner. Never realized how great it is for the back 15 minutes after work you feel renewed. Have taken several naps in this chair all ready. Would highly recommend.

I suffered a fall and a compression fracture which made it impossible for me to get in and out of bed without great pain. After getting this chair I was able to sleep all night and the motorized feature helped get me up easily. I have also suffered from sciatic nerve problems and need to sleep on my back, however in bed I could never stay put on my back, this chair has been my savior. I can sleep 8 hours and wake refreshed.

Recently had foot surgery and had to keep my foot elevated for six weeks. I spent all my time in this chair and was totally comfortable, never wanting to get out. My chair is the first place I go when I get home from work. It's the only seat in the house that is comfortable for my lower back problems. Looking forward to recovering in my chair after my upcoming back surgery.

Sitting in my chair is the highlight of my day. It is the first thing I want to do when I come home at night - relaxing in my Perfect Chair either reading, snoozing or watching TV. They are right - it is a perfect chair! It takes all of the stress off of my tired, old back! LOVE IT!

I've had my chair for approximately three years now and have enjoyed it immensely. With the added foot rest, I've found that this is the place I want so sit in my home after a work day or when I'm just reading a good book. I had one problem wit the cord mechanism that controls the recline but the company provided a new mechanism at no cost. It took me 30 minutes to replace the broken one with the new one.

I'm a big guy at 250lbs and nothing compares to this. My high end leather sectional recliner, my other recliner in my office, etc. are no match for this chair.

This chair has changed my life. This is the only solution that I have found to get relief from chronic back pain. While the relief is temporary any body that suffers from chronic back pain will take any relief they can get. I find that spending a few hours a day sitting in the chair gives me hours of pain relief during the day.
