Cheap inversion tables don't always measure up when it comes to relieving sciatica and muscle spasms, but our new Mastercare Back-A-Traction® Mini does, and it's compact and portable.
Its 15 degree incline offers the same benefits of decompression provided by our original Back-A-Traction®, but with a lower pivot point, you can relieve back pain with a greater sense of safety and security.
Inversion is one of the oldest natural therapies, dating back thousands of years. By hanging at inverted angles, you can elongate the spine, and relieve some of the pressure that gets built up during the course of the day.
This inversion table has a sliding backrest and takes up very little storage space when folded.
Consult your physician before using inversion therapy.

bought my mini on the 18th and tried it when i got it home.inverted for just over a minute and when i got up my pain was gone. this pains been with me for a while now so i'm really impressed with how effective the inversion table was. i have a grade 4 isthmic spondylolisthesis which is pinching a nerve and causing a number of other problems. i guess that the inversion is decompressing my spine enough to give me some relief. the pain returns during work, but a couple minutes on the table when i get home is enough to give me relief. i'm going to see what my doctor thinks about using a brace during the day. i know it's going to take longer to get things corrected because i waited so long to deal with it.t over a minute and when i got up my pain was gone. this pains been with me for a while now so i'm really impressed with how after just one week i can enthusiasticly endorse the "Mastercare Mini Back-A-Traction". it's compact size makes it much more convienant for me than a full size table , but gives me all the same benefits
