The control panel connects to the heat pad with a USB cord that consistently comes out. I am very disappointed in this unit considering all the money I paid for it.

I have been using my Therasage heating pad for a few years now & love it. After a long day at work, I will come home, turn on the heating pad & sit on it for 30 mins, then put it under my raised legs for another 30 mins, sometimes I will put it on my knees or under my feet while on my computer. My tired feet & muscles will be rejuvenated & soreness will be gone. It heats up pretty good. I am very happy with this. It sure warms up my cold feet & takes away my stress.

I have never been a great believer in heat and heat therapy, that is until I received a Therasage Healing Pad. You can read all of the medical studies and all of the wonderful articles on line about the natural wonders of far infrared heat, but until you start using a Therasage Healing Pad, you will not understand the experience. I use the Pad every day. It has relieved me from constant daily pain in my neck due to arthritis. It has helped bring my blood pressure down to normal levels, and amazingly, after TEN YEARS of suffering with sleep apnea, I am off my daily meds and am sleeping soundly every night.
