I have chronic thoracic spine pain, and the Moji Neck + is one of the best things I have ever gotten for myself. I love that I can apply heat to my aching back while still being able to move around. I have even worn it at work (I am an intensive care nurse). Given where my pain is, it would be nice if the bead-filled part was longer so it would cover more of my back. But other than that, I have no complaints. The vest is is very stretchy, so I an pull it down to get the heat where I need it. It stays warm for about 15-20 minutes after it comes out of microwave. At 3 pounds it sounds a little heavy, but the weight is actually comforting.
I highly recommend the Moji Neck + vest to anyone with neck, shoulder, or upper back pain. And if you have a chronic back or neck issue, get your doctor to write you a short letter stating that moist heat helps control your pain - then save the receipt and deduct the purchase from your taxes as a durable medical equipment expense. I have done this for a bed and for a massage chair. Next I plan on getting an inversion table!
