This product is a really good idea, but is poorly executed. The battery is in a pouch in the middle of the back of the pad, which makes it very uncomfortable. Warms nicely, but is too uncomfortable to use long term.

Couldn't determine if product was really working or not. Not very comfortable. You would be better off with a cheap microwaveable neck and shoulder wrap.
