RelaxTheBack.com uses UPS and Federal Express to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Method of shipping, as well as rates, are determined by the size of the item ordered.

Products that are designated as Quick Ship typically ship within three business days; standard shipping usually occurs within 10 business days. For items that are not part of our normal stock-on-hand, shipping typically takes between three and six weeks.
