Three years ago I bought a knee spacer and it has held up very nicely. The spacer I have was made of regular foam, like the kind before memory foam became popular. This spacer is NOT made of the same material. It is filled with a type of memory foam that sinks. It gives NO support, so that there is almost no space between the knees. In my opinion this new one is virtually useless. I tried to return it and found out it is NONRETURNABLE. Yes, I should have read more carefully, but since I have had this product before, I didn't expect they would have changed its filling. This pillow, with tax and shipping was $56.00 and it is useless to me.
