After injuring my back at work in 1990 I started to develop severe sciatica and lower back problems. By 2000, I was sleeping in my living room in a recliner since it was the only way to keep the majority of the pain away and allow me to get some sleep. In 2006 I had a lower spinal fusion, but was still unable to sleep in a bed without waking up in extreme pain at all hours and having a hard time getting out of the bed at all due to the stiffness and pain. In March of 2008, my husband and I were passing a Relax thew Back store and decided to see if they had anything to help me. We bought the system and the cervial pillow and I have been sleeping in a bed ever since! No more pain upon awakening, no waking up in pain during the night! I even took it camping with us and used it with a bedroll type cover. Thank you Relax the Back for this marvelous System! I am planning on getting another set to use in our camper so my home set can stay put.
