I purchased this pillow after I found I had had a herniated cervical disk. I had been experiencing pain and stiffness upon waking. Now that I sleep on this pillow my symptoms are much less severe and I feel my head and neck are being supported so much better than with any of pillows I have used.I highly recommend this pillow for anyone who is a side sleeper. another added benefit is less stress on my jaw/tmj area.

As a side sleeper, I've purchased so many pillows trying to find, "The One." I tried water, down, fiber, and other memory foams. My closets are full of useless pillows. After much research, I was fitted at Relax the Back for this pillow. Yes, the smell was a little overwhelming at first, but it soon went away. The support for my head and shoulders is great. I haven't had shoulder pain from having to have my hand/arm support my head anymore. To be sure it's right for you, go to the store and get fitted. No one needs another useless pillow.

I just had my first night of sleep on my new ContourSide and honestly have to say I haven't slept so good in a long time. I suffer from thoracic outlet syndrome which brings with it a lot of upper back and neck pain as well as ulnar nerve numbness at night. I also highly recommend buying the high density black foam roller since I also started using that last night. I have wasted thousands on objects/doctors/prescriptions to help me get a good night sleep, but this is not one of them!

I purchased this pillow six months ago and I love it. It takes a little getting used to but it does get better with time. I like it better than the Temper-pedic pillow I had. I was away for a long weekend and I had headaches two of the three days because of neck pain. I sleep on my side and this pillow has helped diminish my neck pain and headaches. I purchased the medium size (4") and was afraid it was going to be too big but it fits me perfect. I think part of my problem was that my past pillows were always too short.

I purchased this pillow and after using it for a couple of weeks, it made my neck pain worse. My neck was extremely stiff when I woke up in the morning.
I would not recommend this pillow......
