I bought this item, assured that it would last for years providing cushy thickness and support. I bought my cushion on Oct 26 and it is now January 1st and no longer provides support. Plus I spent double the cost at the store than shown on the web site. According to the return policy- "personal items cannot be returned" so now I'm out over $100 and right back where I started from with the discomfort. My back is definitely NOT relaxed.

I purchased one of these several years ago for use in my car. Recently I noticed a hardened area on one edge. Zipped open the cover and found that part of the foam had dried up and hardened. Not sure what would cause this as I'm the exclusive user of this cushion and would have known if some chemical had spilled onto it.

AWESOME!I bought this cushion a few weeks ago. I am somewhat of a skeptic when it comes to all the hype. However, before that I bought a memory foam mattress topper and I love getting into bed. My cushion experience started at the big box stores; the products looked nice, however, stopped there. I had seen this seat cushion on other sites and went right to the store to try it out. Though still sceptical, for a very reasonable $69 I bought this great cushion and it does everything it claims to do and even better.
